Steve began working in the construction business at the tender age of 16.  He spent many years working for local builders before striking out on his own to create Waldron Construction.  Steve takes great pride in the fact that many people in the business, including bankers, sub-contractors, Realtors® and building inspectors, have sought his expertise when it comes time to build their personal homes.

Mitch's  career has taken him through many phases of construction, including metal buildings, concrete, roofing and commercial buildings, spanning thousand of miles between Texas and Washington.   His specialized knowledge of every phase of construction makes him a valuable asset to the company and his pride and dedication are reflected in every finished product of Waldron Construction.  The range of Mitch's talent is very broad and includes proficiency in computer aided design.

No company is complete, or successful, without administrative support.  Elena Bainbridge is the friendly voice you hear when you call the offices of Waldron Construction.  She has been with the company since the beginning and has a strong working knowledge of all phases of construction.  Elena will ensure that customers are kept informed as the project progresses and will help to make the process an enjoyable one.
